Shower

Hi!

Well we had our shower on Sunday. It was great, but I don't remember being there for 4 hours, oh well... We got 3 microwaves, 2 blenders, and 2 baking sets. LOL All 3 microwaves were the same, so we we're going to take 2 back and get a kitchenaid. The one blender is going back and one of the baking sets is goign to be exchanged for a differ baking set. We got our bedding set, which I am so excited about! :) Pics are below.

My mom, cousins: Kimmy, Dawn, Lynette, me, Tara, Bev, & Diane. My mom ist he aunt of all of them (except me). Can you tell which 2 did not inherit the family height?? LOL And I had heels on! :)

All in all it was a great day. John's mom didn't come, but his grandma did, which we were very glad to see her. THe only other thing that got me angry was his bro's girl-f came and my MOH leaned over to me and said "It looks like Rob's girl-f is having a blast." I looked at her and she was sitting at the table with her arms crossed and her head hanging down as if she was sleeping. But she must've felt John and I staring at her. I was also very excited to see my one friend that I've been friends with for 16 years (We realized this as we were talking about her sister, which her mom was pregnant with when I met my friend.) It was GREAT to see her. She drove 2 hours to come in. Unforttunately we didn't get any photos together. But we will at the wedding.

Looks like you had a great time. Great pictures. Oh by the way my MIL bought one of the fruit arrangements for valentines day this year. They are great and look beautiful. The funny part, all those sticks are stuck into a head of lettuce.

That sounds like a great shower. I'm glad everything worked out and you had a good time. That gift table was huge and the desserts looked great.

LOL yeah I saw that when I took all the fruit home that was left and was dismanteling them. :)

That's funny you say that b/c I heard a lot of that, but honestly, if you saw an old photo of my grandma and one of me, you'd think I was her kid. LOL
