Hi ya
If you know which venue you want check with them for the date you want, then check with your church. The next big thing would be your band. Really once you have the venue and church booked everything else will fall in to place, just enjoy don't get stressed it really is enjoyable if you don't get stressed, ;)

If you are having problems planning your wedding, I know a great wedding planner. The company is Bridal Bliss Inc and her name is Martha, she is awesome. She is located in South Florida but she does out of state weddings all of the time. I planned mine from NY. She helped me so much and she was available 24/7 for any questions I had. Seriously she emailed me back within 10 minutes no matter what time I contacted her. If you want her website let me know! The best thing is she works within your budget and has all inclusive packages. :p

I am also planning a wedding by myself and I thought I was going to be completely stressed out but I found out about a website www.theknot.com. Its a free website. You register and they ask you things like when you're getting married and what's the groom's name. They have a section called my knot where there is a countdown and checklist waiting for you. They break up the things needed to do by month so you can have everything done by your wedding day. It is soooooo awesome. I highly recommend it!

It shouldn't matter your age, in my opinion. If the couple both love eachother and are mature, responsible people it is completly up to them. Congrats on your upcomming wedding, and hope for all the best regardless of your age!
Be happy in life and dont worry about what others think. =)

Yes, yes..the Knot.com is an extremely helpful site to use during planning. Don't let your family stress you out...THIS IS YOUR DAY NOT THEIRS!! Weddings can be stressful, but only if you let be. Enjoy it!! :-)

I am also using "theknot". It's been great. I use the checklist and the budget section.
I also highly recommend it!
