i am confused...am i suppose to make up a list of people's names for photo-taking after the ceremony???

I would say only if you want to. Normally the photos taken between the ceremony and reception are those of you and your new husband, immediate family (Mom, & Dad) and the wedding party. Pics of additional guest with the Bride or Groom could be done anytime during the reception.
