My DH's company has a High Impact Award. You have to be nominated by your boss and one other employee. Last year DH got it and he knew he had been nominated. However this year he didn't know that his new boss had nominated him.
Once you are nominated a board has to make the final decision. Apparently their comment was "it was a no brainer."
HE WON!!!!
This means he gets a bonus in one of his checks this month. We are looking at about an extra $1,418.00.
