So today was very exciting! We had our Cake Tasting at Ramonas Bakery where we will be having our Wedding cake ordered from. We tried many flavors.
1. Chiffon (white) Cake with Rasberry Filling
2. Chiffon (white) Cake with Pineapple Filling
3. Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Filling
4. Marble Cake with Amaretto Filling
5. Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Custard Filling
6. Half Chiffon/Half Chocolate with Mint Filling
7. Chiffon with Fresh Strawberries in the middle
8. Chiffon Cake with Vanilla Filling
9. Chocolate Chip Chiffon
10. Chocolate with Amaretto Filling
We decided on a three layer cake. The Bottom layer which is the largest will be the Chiffon (white) cake with Rasberry Filling. The middle will be Chocolate cake with Chocolate Bavarian mouse and the very top (the one especially for Mark and I) will be the carrot cake with Cream Cheese filling. I swear..... I almost went into Diabetic coma just looking at all the cake we have left over. Sounds yummy?????
The design, we are going with our black and white theme (and for my love of Polka Dots). Here is a picture of a Cake I used for my inspiration.

I want to thank my WONDERFUL Cousin Michelle, also known as my Made of Honor who givingly is going to pay for our Cake as our Wedding Gift. Words can't express how greatful we are. Her help means the world to us!
