In the past two weeks, I totally fell off the diet wagon :( Just ate everything in sight, not counting my points. Really bothers me. Now I know I have to go to get weighed in, but I just don't want to know....LOL I guess the good thing is that I want to be accountable to myself, and my wedding dress :)

Oh, to climb back onto the wagon....it's soooo hard!

I agree dieting is not easy at all, I am trying to get better at it though, now I just need to incorparate some exericse and I should be good to go. At least I hope. I always thinking if I screw up one meal, there is always another meal I am going to have or there is always tomorrow to get back started. I understand that frustration that we all have.

I'm not a junk food person. I actually love my lean meats and veggies :p and oatmeal, I love it! When I get a craving, I have a small piece of the really really dark 70% chocolate, it really helps me stick it out and eat healthy.. And I'm not even dieting, just living with a healthy diet. Wedding cutting diet will start 12 weeks before the wedding ;)

Well I actually went without chocalate for one whole month! If u knew me u would find that hard to believe because I am a major chocaholic! But I did it. Then I had a piece of chocalate mud engagement cake last weekend..but am back to my diet again! Its so hard not eating all those foods but I have successfully lost the weight I put on over winter in just 4 weeks of eating healthy!
:)
We need to motivate each other girls!

i am not doing any diet. I always think there is a reason diet starts with DIE. But I am being more conscious of what I eat & drink.
The only big change I have actually done is stop drinking regular soda. I have lost 5" by doing this & probably 15 pounds.
I have a horrible addiction to junk foods & sweets. But have been better than normal with those. Although I just finished a candy bar, but the money for it goes to my friend's church! So really I had to have it!
I haven't eaten french fries in several days now. I have been eating light salad dressings when I remember.
I tend to be more successful when it is completely up to me what I eat & when. Not that I have even tried to lose weight in years. I know I am overweight, but am very comfortable with myself & obviously Lucas likesme how I am. I was saying the other day that my dress actually makes me look curvy instead of lumpy & Lucas said, "I love your lumpy!"

AWW that is so sweet, yeah Nick is very understanding with my weight as well. I want to lose weight for me because I was thinner at one point and I liked how I looked but I am happy that I don't get pressure from anyone about my weight.

when i was younger i had major issues with how i looked & that i am heavy. but i think i grew into myself & realized that i should be happy no matter what. i am 5'3"ish & weigh about 170 or so. i wear a size 13 or 15 pants. so i am not tiny, big deal. see i am so comfortable that i just posted my weight online!

size 9 was a long time ago for me! lol! i think women should be happy with their bodies. there is nothing wrong with wanting to change it, but you shouldn't let it get you down.

In the end, I really didn't have to worry....I lost 4.1 lbs at my last weigh in! LOL Maybe I should just freak out every time before I go to get weighed in to keep this losing streak going! LOL

Thank goodness we don't have our weights on our drivers liscences...I would definitely lie on that! :)
