gifts from registry if OOT?

if all or most of your guests are from OOT, did you still receive gifts off your registry for the wedding and/or shower?

For the most part all the gifts we recieved were off our registry's. There were a few that were not but we are not about to complain (especially the ones from Tiffany's). LOL

my OOT guests went online, bought the present and paid for shipping. I would say though about 1/2 of the OOT guests just sent a check or cash

Just about everything we got was off our registry. Our OOT guests either mailed them to my mom's house or to our apartment.

Normal you get about 1/4 of what is on your registry~!

I still got things from my registry. Most of my shower gifts were from my registry overall.

I have to say though and I may sound selfish, but of all the people that are "sending gifts" I only got one and my shower was weeks ago. Meanies. Don't say you are sending one if you are not. I don't care if you don't, but it's not fair to me expecting something.
