I start a new job tomorrow.

I'm a loan processor, and quit my awful job last Thursday. I start a new company tomorrow.

It's still doing the same thing, but I just HATE starting new jobs. Bottom of the food chain, learning all new people and patterns....it sucks.

I know it's what I need to do....but sometimes doesn't it just SUCK to be an adult?

Oh, I wish! The drive there would be so much better.

Nope, all the way in Westport. Quite a drive from Arnold.

It's about 25 miles, but in peak rush hour that will probably take a minimum of an hour to get there. And, we open at 8:00, instead of the 8:30 I'm used to, so I'm going to be getting up a LOT earlier.

I really should be in bed right now. I'm no good at going to bed early.

Do you? I used to. I loved working downtown (except for the whole paying to park thing).

It seems to be everything is moving out west. I interviewed at 3 or 4 companies....ALL of them were in westport.

I wish more businesses would start moving back downtown again!

I know what you mean about hating being an adult and switching jobs. I've switched jobs 3 times in the last year although all of them were with the same organization. I'm hoping to stay in this job for awhile at least!
