How soon before?

Now its the new year and I really need to make sure I stay on time and organized. Does anyone know how long before the wedding/showers I should register? TIA!!:D

If I were you I would start working on it now. It is not like you have to do it all in one day. I worked on mine for a while before I finished it.

I want to do it now lol...I have for the past 6 months but I don't want to do it too soon so at least I know what I register for they will still carry.

You can always update online if something is discontinued, but 5 months before the wedding they should not discontinue much. Many of the things I registered for are still available and I registered last March.

I read somewhere that six months prior to the wedding is considered the norm. So you could go register this weekend, if you wanted to!

I'd do it now ~ I did ours before Christmas so people could also use it to buy Christmas gifts - it didn't work but hey :D

We did ours about 2 months before our shower, but I agree do it now!! It's soo much fun :)
