Hi everyone, I'm Elisa from Italy. Sorry for my english, hope you understand me! I want know why sometimes I can't enter in www.weddingannouncer.com and in my web site. It's not only my problem but other italian girls I know (they have a web site here too) can't enter here.
Can you always enter?
This morning I can't enter this afternoon I can! I don't know why!

Hey, we've just upgraded our server software this morning, no one could enter because the server was offline. We replaced a hard disk.

But other than this morning the site should always have been accessible.. How often do you experience not being able to enter? I live in Europe too and never had an issue.

No, only today we upgraded. Very weird that you were not able to enter that many times. Is this very recent, those three times?

If you encounter this again, could you do this:

- open a dos window (start > programs > accessories > command prompt)
- type tracert www.weddingannouncer.com
- copy the output and email it to support@weddingannouncer.com

This way we can see where the bottleneck is, if it's a network issue or your ISP, etc.

well, could also be because the server was a little slower this week due to the fact that we were already copying the old hard disk content to the new one, temporary overload etc. Now that the new HD is here it should not happen again (if this was the issue).

If you are talking about your actual wedsite. . .you don't use "www" in the beginning, that might be why its not working.

Its just "http://jacoby2seelen.weddingannouncer.com"

Are you just trying to log into the forum here or are you talking about your website. If you're trying to just log into the forum here there should be no problem, however if you're trying to show people your website there is no www at the beginning of it.
