I'm getting married this Saturday!!!!! ahhh!!!

So freaking excited!!!! :)

I've taken this whole week off to beautify myself and meet with my vendors. Let the pampering begin!

I'm just going through things in my mind, you know how you always rehearse them over and over before the big day? I have a small question about when to have everyone blow bubbles at us (instead of throwing rice or petals). We're getting married in a beautiful little chapel on the island that is over 100 years old. I don't really want our guests to blow bubbles inside of the church but if my fh and I are the first to leave the church, wouldnt that be kind of weird to wait for everyone outside to line up and have us walk through?

I was thinking maybe if fh and I walked out of the church, walked around to the back entrace and came back outside again after everyone had already gotten out, would that work? Would that look funny? What did you guys do?

We got married at the Holy Rosary Cathedral in downtown Vancouver and our guests blew bubbles in the church as we exited. The church didn't seem to mind, as bubbles don't make a mess.

Maybe you can do it at the reception. As you two get ready to leave the reception the guest can do it.

We had them blowing bubbles at us as we walked back down the isle!

I always thought it was after you walk out of the church.

I don't know about the rice throwing, but a friend of mine did bubbles as they exited the church. It was nice!
