Beach Weddings

We are having our wedding in Fiji - I didnt want to go really 'beachy' if you know what I mean, I wanted to go sort of formal, elegant, but on a beach - can anyone give me ideas for what the Groom can wear - no shorts please LOL, ANY idea - if we are thinking sort of formalish - what do you think untucked shirts???????
