Italian "Themed" Wedding

Anyone out there that has had an Italian Themed wedding have any ideas? I am having a traditional Italian wedding since both my fiance and I are italian and it is expected from both sides of the family but I would like to spice it up abit so it isn't fully "traditional"(Make sense?) but am needing some ideas.
