November 11, 2005 was mine and Bobby's 2 year anniversary. We had a romantic weekend planned, but I never expected what was about to happen. He made November 12, 2005 one of the most special and important days of my life when he proposed to me at 5:30pm that day.
We got all dressed up and cute looking, his mom did my hair and we took some pictures. Then we went to dinner at shakespears and he requested the booth i wanted to sit at the last time we were there, it was enclosed and really private and cute. He said he had called them to make reservations before and asked if he could put a white table cloth with red rose petals on the table and they said sure. He called the day of and they said oh something happened today and we aren't going to be able to allow you to do that. It was lame of them, but the thought was really sweet.
Then we went to the hotel and he had candles, flowers, and a binder on a table for me. So i open the binder and it had a bunch of pictures he printed off our computer of us over the years, and he wrote stuff below them...the last one was of us at prom in my big poofy dress and it said "you look amazing in that dress, cant wait to see you in a wedding dress";-) which made me cry like crazy. Then there was also a jewlery box sitting on the table, like the size of a necklace box. He said you have another gift, go ahead open it. I said where the heck did you get money for jewlery, well I opened it and there was a note in it, no jewlery. The note had like 5 things in it that he liked about me and why, at the bottom it said now stand up and count to ten and turn around because i have something BIG for you and I have to run and get it without you seeing. I'm standing there couting to ten...and he comes up behind me and says okay you can turn around...he had nothing big anywhere.
So im looking at him and he starts tearing up, he starts saying "i love you so much and your the person i want to be with for the rest of my life, i want to get married, have kids, have good jobs, and on and on" i was so flustered and confused because he was crying so bad....i was just wiping away his tears and saying why are you crying as he was trying to talk through his crying. So then he finished and got down on his knee and PROPOSED TO ME! i hugged him and didnt even look at the ring or anything cause i felt so bad that he was crying...i stood up and he held the ring out and was like....welll will you? I was like ahhh of course!
