Ok I need help. I am going to stangle FH, he is complaing and being a dork about the music again. We finally got his mom to give us a suggestion on a mother/son song last night.
I looked it up this morning and I actually like the song;
Stardust (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stardust_(song)) it is the first one on the list. The song is 3:32 long. He says this is too long. Well I pointed out to him that my song that I am dancing with my friend Jon to is 4:47 long and that our first dance song is almost 4 minutes (AND NO WE ARE NOT CUTTING IT SHORT _ I TOLD HIM).
His primary complaints seems to be making our guest stand around while we are doing these dances. So I suggested to him the following:
After all the introductions of the wedding party and then us. Immediately after do our first dance (bride & groom dance). Then do dinner. After dinner then do the mother/son dance. Then we can do something else like cake cutting or something like that then do the last of the three dances which would be me and the gentleman that is walking me down the aisle.
What do you think? Give me suggestions.
