Marriage Classes!!! Booo

So tonight starts our one of three marriage classes,.... THREEE HOURSS LONG!!!!!!!!! PLEASE KEEP ME IN YOUR THOUGHTS!!!

Wow that's a lot of time to spend in class! FH and I just went over things with the priest and it only took a half hour. We do have to meet again, but it shouldn't take too long.

Well im back... wasn't to bad... got to chill on a couch... but two more classes.. and we get the certificate!

Hey There!

I am Catholic and Chad isn't. Because I want to get married at the Catholic church, we were required to attend marriage preparation classes. We had to drive from Portland, OR USA to Vancouver BC Canada for 3 Saturdays straight to attend lectures that were from 8am-12pm. In total we had 12 hours of listening. Some presenters were great while others were not. I think that marriage prep is a good idea though, no matter how painful the task me seem to be.

I hear your pain. I'm Catholic, my fiance isn't and well we have to do pre-cana classes. Well only one, but it's $180 and it's from 9a-5p. Boohoo!! And they only feed us a continental lunch!! Cheap-o's!! But I'm glad ours is only a one day thing, too many days would make my fiance go nuts...

Ladies, go into these classes with an open mind and heart. What dosen't kill you will make you stronger. The classes will be what you make of them. I personally am very excited to have your classes. I feel it is just one more step to getting to know what we want more effectivly. GOOD LUCK to you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
