Of course, will all your farting, I figure that should help with some of your tummy circumference, LOL.

Oh lovely. I picked out last night, what I was going to wear to work today. Taking that stress from my morning routine. Put on the jacket this morning, and guess what???

Yep. It's too effing small. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Apparently my arms are FAT now, too.

This sucks. sucks. sucks. sucks.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm 5'3" and weighing 161. Oh and I'm lucky if I can fit into a size 12 sometimes. But I may be fat, but I realized one thing, I'm happy with my fat.

FH and I started the couch to 5k thing last night! It was actually fun..I think I might actually stick with a work out for once..especially if we keep each other motivated and go to the gym together

Ok I am going to do the "Couch to 5k" starting the first week of January. I would LOVE to loose 20 lbs before the wedding in July. So once I start I will need tons of encouragement because I tend to slack off very easily. But I will keep everyone updated once I am about to start.

I'm 5'3 (on a good day) and weigh in the mid-150s. I was hardcore training last summer while studying for the bar exam, but now that I have to work like a grown up I'm having trouble finding the motivation to keep it up.

I did buy this DVD called "the Wedding Workout" which is made by Women's Health and it's awesome (well, what I've done of it so far). It gives you pre-designed workouts, but also allows you to custom design your own. The DVD is also divided by day of the week (Mondays are upper body and cardio for me). It takes about 30-45 mins each day, but if I can keep it up I hope to be much more toned come Oct. 12th

Flabby arms would not look cute in my strapless dress lol.
