Unhappy Help..

Okay I decided to join a bootcamp and today was the day to go observe a class and see if it was the group for me, well she had me do a work out which is a good thing but now I have a serious issue.

I am a smoker in the mists of quitting so my lungs are abused and I understand how all that works. But after an hour workout, shouldn't be to bad. I did yoga and swimming twice a week from sept-dec, so I am not totally out of shape.

After the long story(sorry about that) when I got home the coughing started which isn't a big deal except that was at 730am and I am in the same condition at 6pm still very wheezy and dry cough. Anyone have thoughts on how worried I should be?

I really have no idea, if I was you I would call my dr and describe what was going on. Maybe its from smoking or maybe you are coming down with something

You might have asthma. I'd call the doc so u could get screened. Whenever I have an asthma attack, I start coughing, it feels like someone is sitting on my chest, and I just can't grab a breath.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner I haven't been feeling the best..so I had exercise induced asthma when I was younger but I stopped running because that was the exercise that always made it worse. Well at this bootcamp that is what they first did and because I am silly competitive I tried to keep up. Anyways the doctor did confirm along with saying I should of went to the hospital(yeah I know silly me again) and I have all my ventilators for Tuesdays bootcamp, with instructions of no running.

It is also day one of no smoking so I have my fingers crossed that I can do it this time.
Thanks for the concern
