Hi there,
I am getting married on October 22nd, 2010 which is not a weekend but a Thursday. Not very customary to do it but because of budget we are doing it on a weekday

It's almost 2 years ago but we got our photo, video, venue set

Any other October 2010 brides here?

And doing it on a weekday night like that will help tremendously on your budget! Great choice!

I've heard Thursdays are a good weekday night for a wedding because most people think to themselves "well tomorrow is Friday and it's only 1 day of work". Sometimes Friday evening weddings can be more hectic because people are trying to get to the bank to get their checks deposited and finishing up stuff at work for the week.
