starting a recruiting software company in MN

Hi guys

what do you think of starting up a staffing, recruiting firm? I have decided to open up a recruiting firm since I have hefty contacts and I have been working as a senior Technical recruiter for Healthcare Epic, Mckesson Past 10 years.

I am planning to open headhunting firm after my wedding in December, next year proly... I contacted below firms to get my hands on the recruiting software which is not too costly and is the one that does the job in a very effective way with user friendly features .

Bullhorn
smartrecruiters
recruitbpm

Bullhorn's too expensive & seems fine, smartrecruiters software is mingled up with lots of features and recruitbpm is so far the best as per my experience, it has both the ATS , CRM built in and they offered me a 30 day trial.

so this would be my first experience, and yet I have to hire recruiters my self when I return, please wish me luck and if there are any individuals looking forward to join us for the next year we would welcome all experienced candidates relating healthcare & IT .

Many Thanks
