How can I get rid of my snoring habit?

Hey! I am from Mississauga. I was recently diagnosed with mild obstructive sleep apnea. My doctors want me to get on a CPAP, but I'm afraid to. I was not bothered about it before. But now my situation has changed. Itís more than annoying these days. What worries me the most is that, I am going to get married. I have only three months to prepare for my marriage. The first thing I have to do is to get rid of my snoring habit. I have heard of anti-snoring appliances in Mississauga. Anyone here used such devices? What are your suggestions?

To resolve the sleep apnea issues you would need to sit down with your Dr and get to the heart of the problem.

As far as a c-pap machine goes it is really not that bad.

My husband has been using a Bi-pap machine for about 7+ years now. It has been great for the both of us. He gets more sleep and I get more sleep.

I have a co-worker that uses a c-pap and I think she has been better off since she started using it.
