Guess I'll Post next....LOL

We are getting married on May 31, 2008 in Springfield, IL.

We decided to have our wedding and reception in the same place to minimize the travel time for some of our elderly guests.

Our colors will be Cornflower (blue), Silver, White & Black.

I don't have my dress or the bridesmaids dresses picked out yet but hope to soon.

I am trying to figure out a way to incorporate a butterfly or two into the ceremony to honor my late grandmother. Our theme is "Two Hearts, One Love", so butterflies aren't really in that theme, but would like to have one somewhere. Anybody have any ideas?

Here's the link to our site if you want to take a look.

That's so funny. Our theme is butterflies, and we are also incorporating the theme of "Two Hearts, One Love" into our reception. You should check out this website for many supplies with the "Two Hearts, One Love" theme on them http://www.orientaltrading.com/ . This is where I got many of my supplies for my reception with this theme including favor boxes and centerpieces. Also if you want to incorporate butterflies into your ceremony you might try placing a few feather butterflies into your bouquet and the flower arrangements. I will also be wearing a butterfly tiara and will have small butterfly appliques attached to my veil. Some of the material for my dress has a butterfly design on it. Or you could simply wear an elegant butterfly brooch. We are also having bubbles at the reception with a butterfly design on the cap found at http://www.pwponline.com/, and we are giving a butterfly garden seed mix as favors. There are many, many ways to have butterflies at your wedding. You might try just googling butterfly wedding like I did. Hope this helps.
