One grocery chain in Canada (Loblaws) offers different cooking courses. My mum and I took a sushi making class...it was awesome! Try checking with grocery stores maybe!

If you have a Clark's appliance store..check them out, I heard a commercial that said they offer cooking classes

You should go to superpages.com and look up culinary schools or cooking schools. I know that there are several that offer classes (nights and weekends). Nothing fancy just teaching you to cook more than just pasta. LOL.

Try your local community college. They have great cooking classes that aren't too pricey! Happy cooking!
