it's over, thankfully

so i have been married for about a month. and looking back i'm lucky it happened.

there were probs with the mother in law (lots of them) then with a bm.

but on the day first:
transportation was not configured right, so ppl. in the wedding party eneded up getting cramed in cars. not to big a deal

then the flowers were left at the hotel my mom went back and got them, but that eneded up making us rush to get dressing pics.

at the reception the best man decided to tell me to fuc* us, and fuc* the wedding, i ended up walking out. the worse part he is my husbands brother, he did this while my husband was in the bathroom. i ended up crying, he had been making comments like that for a few hours but that was the worse. my mom and dad went in and talked to him, and we had him "removed" from the wedding party. his family ended up having to babysite him to make sure he contained him self or we told them he would be escorted out.

after that everything went pretty good. dancing, cake, the dj was great.

afterwards. the husbands aunt (who wasn't even there) ended up sending him an e mail saying there was talk that his family shouldn't have even been there. and that he is ashamed of his family. she dished me (i have never meet her) saying well it was his choice to marry me. then saying all he had was pics of us and my family up on line. well none of his family thought to send him any pics, i gave my camra to my uncle so of course there were pics of my family

then we just got the proffs in and his mother didn't smile in any of the pics. i'm kind of peeved about that. we paid good money for these pics. my brother doesnt' like to smile but my parents and i had a talk with him saying for the money paid he could smile for one day.

uhhh.....but it was worth it. the wedding was great (cept the incident with his brother) and now were married and in ca starting our own life

Ehhh.. It's over and done with. Fooey on his family. Forget them all. If they're gonna behave like this, they don't deserve your time, trust me, I learned from experience (my IL's didn't even come to the wedding).

I am really sorry that happened. I think most of us on here had something bad happen or something we weren't to impressed with. Yay for being married though and glad to hear the rest of your night went so well!!!

Wow what a bunch of idiots. Sorry that they felt the need to try and ruin your day. At least once your BIL was removed things improved. Congrats.

sorry to hear about all the drama leading up to and on your wedding day.... but it is all over now and you are newly married - that is the omst important thing.
