how to ask my bridesmaids??

Okay, I am in Saskatchewan, and 2 of my BM live in the same city, but my MOH is in Colorado. I have already asked my MOH over the phone, but I have yet to ask the other 2. I have seen some cute ideas of cards that people have done to ask their attendants, and I think I want to do something like that, but I am looking for some poem, or other wording to put on it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance !!

I made cards for my BMs. . .they LOVED them!

P.S. This was after already having picked out the tentative BM dresses, by myself, too! Plus, there was only one girl that didn't know already that she was being asked to be in it.

Hahah...too funny that you were the first one to post a reply. I saw your cards on another thread, and that's what made me decide I had to do something similar

Oh, I am totally okay with making stuff myself, I am actually planning a trip to Michael's tomorrow to check out what they have for cards and check out some other ideas too. I'm just at a loss for what to write inside. I want some cute little poem or something, I dunno

HEY, thank you!!!

I was pretty happy with it. j/k I was EXTREMELY happy with the way the day turned out. . .I just wish you could make it go in slow motion! It goes by SOOOOO fast, and there is so much to see and do, and even some things that you can miss out on! haha

Okay, I just found the BEST idea ever, and I'm so excited I just have to share!! I am going to take a poem, add some clipart or maybe pictures of me and my BM, and print it out. Glue the sheet onto a piece of cardboard or heavy cardstock. Then, you cut it into the design of a puzzle, and mail them the pieces. When they put the puzzle together, they will see this:

The day, the dress
the bride, the groom
the joy, the tears,
will all come soon.

Professing true love,
to my husband to be,
with family & friends,
all watching me.

I hope the sun will
be shining down.
Keep your fingers crossed
that I'll fit in my gown....

But there's just one more thing
that there needs to be...
and that’s to have you
standing there with me!

[name], I would be honored if you would be my bridesmaid.

Oh yeah. . .that is a cool idea too. I have seen that idea somewhere before!
Good idea. I'm glad I'm not your BM though, because I HATE puzzles. LOL

Well, hopefully it's not too tough for them. I don't want them to get mad at me...lol.

I'll make sure and post pics when I get them done.
