Headed to Maryland

Wasn't sure exactly where to put this ... so since it had to do with this State I stuck it here.

I'm leaving for Maryland tonight. Driving up there, staying the weekend, and driving back. My girlfriend just had a baby and she's doing the single Mom thing so I'm going to help her out and let Blake see his Dad at the same time (he's stationed in Maryland).

Anyway...it's been a while since I've been to Maryland so any advice on something fun to do around the Fort Meade/Baltimore area??

Funny you mention you will be in that area. I am actually posting pictures of one of the parks that I hit this past weekend.

The following pictures I am posting are of Baker Park in Frederick, MD.

If you are a basketball fan you could go check out the Maryland Terps play, see if they have a basketball game this weekend.

Weather may be a little iffy the next couple of days just so you know. Bring warm clothes it is supposed to get a little cold. Also bring a T-Shirt or two, the weather had been so odd lately.
